From a bottom line perspective, the value of a team leader does not go much beyond the value of his team. 

Running a great team starts with designing it properly. One of the greatest characteristics displayed by strong team leaders is their ability to choose the right team members to get onboard. They then create a common platform of understanding with respect to the organization's vision and strategy.

Whether in Mergers and Acquisitions, in Turn-around approaches or in more stable business environments, LDI gives structured advice on the basis of thorough assessment for each team member and the team taken as a whole. We also work with the team leader in order to help him set up his team for success, create and consolidate team alignment whit respect to the company's strategic intent.
