Volker enjoys competencies that are at the crossroads of project, process management and leadership development which he has deployed in 22 countries in 4 continents.

He has a 15 years project experience in business process related to Information and communication technology, aerospace industry, food and luxury food industry. He has 12 years of leadership experience including phases of staff redundancies, build-up of three departments,direct control span with up to 21 employees, leading role in major international projects with 120 employees. Having been for 9 years executive trainer for process improvement, team work and change management in Europe, USA, Asia and Australia, he has built a great experience in multicultural approaches of business.
