Lieve has accumulated business and HR experience in an international environment, in a sector which is characterized by mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and crises. She uses her experience and expertise to coach teams all along their change processes, in order to obtain a higher performance.

Professional Background

After a career of 15 years in the financial sector (account manager and HR people and talent development), Lieve started her own business as an independent coach. She continues to develop her expertise in team coaching and change management.

- Various coaching seminars (systemic work, team coaching, managing team processes, enneagram, …)
- Master in Applied Economics  + aggregation (KU Leuven), Postgraduated in marketing of financial services (Vlekho)
- Language ability: Trilingual: Dutch, French and English

Notable Achievements

- Given more than 1000 days of training (personal development, interpersonal skills, leadership and management development programs) and facilitation experience and more than 800 hours of coaching (individual coaching and team coaching).
- Design, implementation, facilitation and coordination of a 2-day residential seminars on team development for more than 5000 sales people.
- Design, facilitation and implementation of a “Leadership Development Path” for each level in the organisation in order to support cultural change within the company
- Creation of the activity of internal coaching in an international company
