Approaches : Workshops

At LDI, we consider workshops as a place where people involved in a specific issue, have a structured debate - on the basis of a well-defined scope and outputs.  So in general, we design and lead workshops with teams (formal or project teams) who need to:

  • Optimize their alignment.
  • Make new decisions or understand existing ones and plan their roll-out in a relevant, ambitious as well as realistic manner.
  • Nurture the same vision (or visions that are compatible) and strategy, bottom line results, milestones, communication – while preventing the appearance of sterile conflicts.


We start with metrics or tangible information related to the question(s) that will be debated. This is why we ask management to share the metrics that exist upstream. In certain cases, we ask people to take questionnaires that are relevant to refine the scope of the workshop.
